Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email with a tracking number. All order are processed and delivered Monday - Saturday excluding holidays. A recipient’s signature is required to ensure secure delivery.

Domestic Orders

We provide free shipping for all domestic orders (Thailand Only). Orders are shipped via Kerry mail service before 2 pm (Thai time) Monday - Saturday. You can expect to receive your purchase within 2-3 working days after your order has been accepted. A recipient’s signature is required to ensure secure delivery.

International Orders

Orders are shipped via DHL mail service before 12 pm (Thai time: GMT+7) Monday - Saturday. You can expect to receive your purchase within 6-7 working days after your order has been accepted. The shipping cost will be added at the checkout. A recipient’s signature is required to ensure secure delivery.

Tax and Duties Fees

Please note that the total price displayed at your checkout does not include tax and duties fees. Such fees might be charged upon arrival in some countries due to the legislations of your country with a different amount.

Return

We accept returns on all full price bags within 7 days of delivery receipt. International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Pipatchara is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Pipatchara boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

**Note: Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final- no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
